You have to register to create an account. The registration is free. Use your email address for the user ID. Choose your own password. All information submitted is protected under the privacy law. Q.1 How the order process works!
To find the song you are looking for, you can choose the first letter of the song title and click on it. That will list the all songs starting with that letter. Find the song from the list. You can listen to the song to make sure that it is the right song that you are looking for by clicking on ‘GUIDE’. You can listen to the sample music track (45 seconds) by clicking on ‘SAMPLE’. You can also click on the ‘You Tube’ link and watch the film clip of the song on Youtube.com if it is available.
Choose the track you want to purchase.
Price of each track is listed next to the track.
Add to cart by clicking on ‘Checkout’ You can view your selection of tracks and the total cost at the shopping basket on the right of the page by clicking on the ‘View Basket’
When you are ready to pay, click on ‘Pay Now’
You will be transferred to a secure server at PayPal.com.
You will be asked to fill out your payment information.
Your payment will be processed by PayPal.com secure servers. 
When the payment is complete, please click on Return to Srinivasa Associates, LLP
You will be immediately directed back to the page where you can download the music tracks for karaoke which you have purchased. Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download the track.
 (PayPal is the safest, most secure way to buy goods on the Internet. When you use PayPal, your credit card information is always safe and never exposed.)
Q. 2. How many times I can download a track that you have purchased?
Ans. Only onetime download is allowed for each track purchased.
Q 3. What do I do if I cannot successfully download a track, which I have purchased?
Please send an email to us with your purchase details. You can go to CONTACT US on Home page and send us email advice. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within 24 hours. If you do do not hear from us, please resend the email again.
Q 4. What can I do if I do not find a song in your list that I am looking for?
Please go to Request Song on Home Page and send us your choice for future addition to our  music bank!
Q 5. What are the different search options for songs, which are available on the site?
You can search by Song title, Singer, Composer and Film/Album.
Q 6. How do I request a song that is not in your music bank catalog?
Ans. Please go to www.mikaraokeonline.com  Home page. On the right side of the page, please click on the link REQUEST SONG. Send us your request and it will be added to the list of future uploads. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify the time when it will be released depending on requests which are ahead of  yours. Thank you for your contribution to www.mikaraokeonline.com.
